The 2010s have offered some of the best video games ever made. The following list below shows the wide range of experiences the increasingly shattered video game space has to offer, from MOBAs to mobile games. You’ll almost definitely disagree with a part of this list, and maybe even have your ideas about what was ‘’best’’, but you’ll agree the 2010s was a good decade for video games. Without some of these video games, the gaming landscape would be like the Michigan Lottery Promo Code with their generous free spins.
1. Fortnite (2017)
You can’t deny Fortnite’s effects on popular culture. The game has become more than just a video game. It’s a place for teens to hang out after school and for the older people to remind themselves of the harsh ruins of time.
2. The Last Of US (2013)
After a massive, stern opening, The Last Of Us tells a genuinely unique post-apocalyptic story. The game is among the few games with a story that matches the best seen in other mediums.
3. Rayman Legends (2013)
Rayman Legends is beautiful and also inventive. It’s a platform game that manages to out-Mario Mario. The game will never age, as it’s as impressive as it was when it was first released in 2013.
4. Nier: Automata (2017)
The game speaks volumes that in a year that gave us Super Mario Odyssey and Breath of the Wild, Nier: Automata didn’t lose its shine. It’s an extremely smooth action game with glorious soundtracks.
5. League of Legends (2009)
Not all games are an entire industry, but League of Legends. The game was released in 2009, but it’s a living game, and it’s hard to argue that it didn’t dominate in this decade.
6. Gone Home (2013)
Talking of walking sims, Gone Home is a suitable, influential slice of video game storytelling. Without this game, many classic games – Firewatch or What Remains of Edith – don’t exist.
7. Alien: Isolation (2014)
Forget Goldeneye 007, Alien: Isolation is the best movie video game ever. Being pursued around a spaceship by a horrifying alien that retaliate to your every move is one of the most frightening experiences in video game history.
8. Dota 2 (2013)
It’s insanely complicated with a sharp studying curve. In terms of extent and balance, the game is about as good as any combative video game gets. Dota 2 is one of the most-played video games on Steam ever.
9. Outer Wilds (2019)
Outer Wilds is a breathing, living snow globe of a universe that’s continuously thrilling players with its ingenious spaces. Moreover, the game is wrapped in a peculiar puzzle, revealing the secrets of a lost civilization. The game is breathtaking in every sense of the world.
10. Destiny (2014)
It’s not flawless, and it’s a ‘’play it in spite of itself’’ kind of experience, but who can refute the sheer influence of destiny? It may be the most dominant video game in terms of how it helped come up with a new business model; the 10-year game. Moreover, the game is almost too much fun to play with friends.
